Polygroup - Warranty issue and lack of customer support.
New artificial pre lit tree.One strand of lights not working despite following instructions to check plug connections and replacing a fuse, none of which worked.
Called their customer service and was told to check each light connection which would involve approximately 60 to 70 bulbs or to return it to place of purchase. Service rep refused to allow me to talk with a supervisor. Tree already decorated and the store is 40 miles away. I requested they ship me a new one since original store does not have a replacement.
So much for a warranty.
If this is their idea of customer service I will not purchase anything they sell.Next step BBB and Attorney general to submit a complaint.
