We just got off the phone with a very rude and know it all customer service guy who said his name is (Dan), who belittled me at every chance he got. After I asked for a Supervisor he said we have plenty to go around and he will put me on hold till one becomes available, he then said ---this is a recording-- I then proceeded to hang up.There is no reason to have people like this working for you.
Time of call was 10:15 am EST.
This person also said he knows the Disclaimer pamplet in and out so he told me things that were in it was wrong.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
