Do NOT PURCHASE!!!I purchased this tree and when I got it home part of the lights did not work.

After 55 minutes on the phone with what they call customer support (Brandon) they offered to send me a strand of white lights to drape around my tree. They indicated they have a parts for parts warranty. SERIOUSLY people!!! They are extremely unhelpful at the call center.

I requested to speak to the supervisor; so a very unhelpful Sarah joined the call and basically said she couldn't do anything to help me.Once I agree to take the free $2.00 strand of white lights to fix what wasn't working it; it then took Brandon another 10 minutes to create an 'account' for me so they could send me the free lights.

Monetary Loss: $499.

I bought 10 boxes of 30 LED lights for my Christmas tree.Although all worked when put on the tree at Thanksgiving, within two weeks, more than 75 of the 300 lights were out.

Every string had multiple lights out.

Lowe's refused to do anything since I had purchased the lights at the end of the season (January, 2017).
