Polygroup - Summer waves elite
Bought the pool with cleaning kit and the tarp provided in the box. 2 and a half months later the grass is growing threw the tarp and liner.
Called and was told because of my geographical location there was nothing they could do to help.
I never saw anything that stated on the box or papers included that because of your geographical location it wouldn't be covered .The two spots the grass is growing threw the linier wouldn't be able to be seen threw the water but i will not buy any of their products again for cleaning or maintaining the pool. I bought two pools this year for the different age kids i have.Was going to go bigger next year guess I'll be buying an aluminum sided pool that has nothing to do with this company
