Yesterday June 5 we finally received a part for are pool, and was sent the wrong part we ordered the " U Shaped pipe for all 42' Oval Ring Pools, and we got a small gray plastic piece that looks like a cap for something. We called customer service, they wanted a picture of the piece that was sent us, so we did just that.

I was not happy with customer service I received yesterday, we are having a Graduation Pool Party at our house on Saturday June 10 2017 we need this part ASAP this was not are fault it is yours, the shipping cost should be handled by you and should be shipped, either by over nite, or 2 day shipping.
