Polygroup - Bought these members Mark high density Superbright LED icicle lights warm white

I’ll spare lightbulbs that came with my 19 boxes that I bought all the little packets of the lightbulbs are use them all up because they keep burning out for some reason I would like to have more light bulbs sent to my house

We purchased a pre-lit 7.5 foot Christmas tree from a major warehouse club in November of 2017. The tree was manufactured by Polygroup. Documentation with the tree stated that it carried a 3 year warranty. This year, lights began failing as soon as we put the tree up....

Polygroup - Refusal to Refund Cost of Tree

I've spent countless hours on the phone with poly group after purchasing one of their Christmas trees. The trees are an inferior product the lights started going out the second year I owned a tree. Not just a light but an entire section of the tree!! After sending me the wrong replacement tree in October and many hours of haggling they agreed to refund my money. Now they're refusing to refund my money because they sent me a replacement tree a few days ago! Two weeks before Christmas and I had already replaced the tree because I could not wait any longer!! I want poly group to pick up the replacement tree and refund my money!!

Polygroup - Disgusting Customer Service

I have been calling back and forth with this company. They keep calling me back with a wrong number to call them back. Then when I get in touch with them they claim they don't have the parts in stock. The reps don't know whats going on, they put you on hold for minutes on end. I ordered a christmas tree from home depot a couple days later the lights stopped working after the tree was already decorated they told me to bring the tree back to home depot. Never again I'll get a real tree.

Polygroup - Don’t ever buy from this company!!!!

Had a tree from Treasure Island for 29 years, no problem. Bought a Polygroup 7.5 Hayden pine, got one Christmas out if it. 1/3 of the lights and the main connection cord stopped working. Called 3 times, told without proof of purchase, cannot be helped! They told me I could purchase replacement parts at locL Lowe’s, Lowe's says they do not carry their parts. I even offered to pay for the parts directly from Polygroup, they told me no can do. UNBELIEVABLE! Poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I told them I was posting as many negative reviews as possible!

Polygroup - No help at all

9foot Pre-lit tree stopped working after the first season. Neither Hobby Lobby or Polygroup are willing to fix or replace this tree because I don’t have the original receipt. Never will I buy a tree from either place again!
