Horrible Customer Service and warranty coverage

Purchased a 12" pre-light Christmas tree from Costco and the lights in top section of the tree did not illuminate. They told me the only thing they would do is mail replacement light strands and I would have to wrap onto the tree myself.

They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to receive. Christmas was 4 weeks away. After 6 weeks I finally received light clips - but no lights. I have responded repeatedly to an email from the company stating the warranty claim was completed stating that I have not received the lights.

They have not responded to any of my followup emails. I would avoid purchasing ANY product from this terrible company.

I purchased a sparkly Christmas tree for $320 and the sparkles fall off whenever you touch or move the tree. The snow also.

My 20 year old tree has the snow and it doesnt come off even after 20 years. We needed a smaller tree so that is why we bought this new one. I called the company and they pretty much said sorry but nothing they can do for me. Its a year old and I stored it the same way I did for my 20 yr old tree.

I would have even taken half the money back so I can buy another tree without the snow and sparkles . Do not buy from this company they do not take ownership of their mistakes.

My wife and I bought a 14x42 Elite Summer Waves pool in the summer of 2022. We still have the receipt.

This year, after filling it completely, the lower seam started to tear despite only having two summers of use. I store the pool inside a heated garage over the winter months. I submitted an email before writing this review to possibly give them a chance to offer something. I wasn't expecting them to send me a whole new pool, but I was expecting something nonetheless.

I received an email asking for more info, to submit a warranty form, and then to call their support number.

I jumped through all the hoops, but in the end, I was only given an apology for the inconvenience and told that nothing could be done. I am very disappointed in the product; I don't recommend buying a Polygroup pool.

The center of my tree lights stop working . They were to send me a new middle section or tree replacement .

They sent a string of lights . I do not recommend any products from polygroup . They dont stand behind there warranty .

Tree was bought from Hobby Lobby. The warranty is a scam !!

Poor customer support, Product, and Documentation information

We purchased a 12X24 Elite pool from Walmart and I will say we got an incredible deal because if I had paid full price, or even half price for this pool I would be more upset than I am! The manual is very vague about how to set this pool up, it does NOT tell you to place the outriggers on footers, nor does it say anything about wrinkles and the fact they will stretch out during filling!

We had large wrinkles at each corner, each time we tried to fill the pool, which in our case turned out to be 4X, so we called poly-group and got a hold of a tech named "Julio". Julio asked us if we had read the manual, and we told him yes and that we had a ton of wrinkles and were afraid to fill the pool up until the wrinkles were resolved, at no time did Julio recommend we continue to fill or say that the wrinkles may work themselves out during filling!

In fact, after Julio read the manual back to us, after which he said I don't know what else to do for you, We were shocked that a company tech didn't know any information about the products they sell??? I wont deal with Poly-group anytime ever again!

Bought an almost $500 tree (sale price) and set it up for its second Christmas. Lights are out in section and then sporadicly all over the tree.

Customer service did try to send replacement lights, but they dont match what is on the pre lit tree. Now they are blaming Hobby Lobby for switching the lights out (still waiting to hear from them) and here we are with an expensive tree right before Christmas half lit. I asked if they would send me other lights-crickets. Wont call.

Wont respond to text.

When I call and wait on hold for a long time they say I need to contact another department and call you back. Still waiting for the call.

Received pool in a damaged box. Called the company to report for warranty the damage to the liner along with missing parts to the ladder.

Their solution was to send a vinyl repair kit for the rip in the liner and the parts for the ladder in a different color. When received I called them back to discuss and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I received a damaged product and they couldn't do anything except tell me to fix it.

That is the reason I purchased a new pool this year. I didn't want to have to patch up holes.

They guarantee their products for 2 to 5 years on trees, but they do not stand behind it. Please save your hard, earned money and take it elsewhere.

Warranty su cks

Bought 16 foot pool in May never set it up till July, took it down first week of September. Set it up the next summer got a ripe in the seam called said it wasn't under warranty would give me a deal on a new liner.

Had none in-stock, so I called this year didn't think they would be getting any in. So you pay 9 hundred dollars for a pool and get for months total out of it.

I needed to buy a replacement for a Tree stand I had for a Tree, I had to call five times because the call kept getting disconnected. Once I went to go buy my replacement they said I had to go through Google, Google did not come up with the product and the company themselves refused to help in anyway for the new part so Im now out of a tree for Christmas because I cant afford a new one, and my kids are at home crying, All the company could say was Well your the one who misplaced the parts absolutely poor customer service
