I purchased an ASHLAND cashmere 7 foot pencil tree from Michael’s manufactured by POLYGROUP during a recent sale. I just opened the tree up about 4 days ago let it lay out. My family and I fluffed the branches but we noticed it wasn’t lined up right, it was wobbly, and it just didn’t feel like it was secured to the stand. Every time we attempted to even it out it would lean a different direction. Went to hardware store and bought a piece of plywood to make sure it was level. Yet same problem. There are also several places lights aren’t where they should be and a branch was completely disconnected from the tree just lying on it. Finally I broke down and called Polygroup after we had gone thru all these steps, decorated and spent gosh knows how much time trying to make it work. Then I spent 1 hour and 11 minutes on the phone with customer service and after I mentioned I had photos he was like yeah good idea send them. After viewing them via email he agreed something wasn’t right with the tree. He put me on hold yet again to speak with a supervisor to get my issue sent over to their warranty dept. They have no trees to replace mine and no replacement parts either Today I get a call from POLYGROUP warranty department telling me they have come to the CONCLUSION that my tree wasn’t fluffed properly. I went off to say the least!!! Enough of this So I post on their Facebook page and their response in a nutshell was: Tree must be on flat surface, must be fluffed perfectly, and ornaments must be balanced!!! WHAT???!!!! Who in their right mind wants to deal with this crap????!!!! What type of tree must have everything so precise???!!!! I replied to there replies here on Facebook and my post gets deleted. (FYI: No curse words were ever posted) So with that being said I assume they can’t handle criticism either! It all boils down to a lousy crummy product that was produced in China with no quality control inspection and comes from a company with zero customer service!!! Please do yourselves a favor and stay far away from them!!! I ended up calling Michaels corporate to complain about all this. After more troubleshooting (it’s not rocket science) they have agreed to allow me to return the tree. How super nice of them and with only 12 days out from Christmas I now have to remove the decorations,disassemble the tree, box it up return to the store, then start all over by finding a tree, set up, decorate, ect! I ordered a motor for my pool skimmer on August 3. They took my money but never sent the part. I keep emailing them and keep getting told that it is on the way and to be patient. I have filed a complaint with the post office and was told it is not in the U.S. I just finished filing a complaint with the Dept. Of Justice. Never will I order anything from them. Buy from someone else. The tracking number they sent me tracks nothing. BEWARE.

Warranty issue

only after 2 months did the filter pump stop working. I contact Polygroup and I provide all the docs they requested and still trying to give me the turnaround with the pump warranty. They saying that the receipt from Tarh=get that I provide its not off as proof of purchase.

I bought the pool back in June and the filter pump is already dead not working.. Where can I get another pump how long are they supposed to last

Too much money For this pool it’s leaking

I havent heard anything back but for what I paid for the pool a half hour or an hour later the price just drops how is that and my pool I havent even had two months and its leaking from the plug outside of the pool thats ridiculous Ive never dealt with your product before and Im not too thrilled with it

My money back or a different one for how expensive I paid they sure dropped down in price is by the minute and with no ladder can I get a response back ASAP before the summers overCould I possibly get

I never had this brand before and its leaking right where the plug is on the outside to hold the water inCould I possibly get a response back ASAP before the summer is over I havent even had it but a few weeksThank you

User's recommendation: Price is pretty high specially with no ladder I had an order a ladder for another $80 so I spent over 400 and something for a pool that’s leaking at the plug did you take a picture of the plug when it was leaking.

Buyers beware-horrible company

When filling the pool, I noticed one hole, then three more. Contacted customer service and was first told I had to patch all the holes. I went round and round trying to get a manager. I explained I was not patching 4 holes on a brand-new pool. I was finally told I could get a new liner. Then I was contacted, after almost 2 months, to cut *** in the liner and take a pic. I did. Now they say it doesn't look like I cut *** Today was the last day to return to the store, so I did. Will not buy from this business

Impeller broke in less than a month

Bought a sfx1000 summer waves skimmerplus filter pump beginning of July 2021 and installed it and the pump impeller rod broke today July 25 2021

Brand new pool came with leaks and customer service did nothing help

Brand new pool came with leaks discovered after filling the pool. The warranty department asked for the cut out of the pool liner while also telling me the new liner is on back order and they dont know when it will Be back in stock. Im supposed to cut *** in the liner and send them proof while I sit and wait until who knows a when probably next year until I get a new liner so no pool for the summer. Pool was purchased for $900 brand new came with leaks and this is what I was told. Horrible do not purchase! Warranty department kept giving me the run around and not responding now I have 10 days left because I did not set up the pool immediately and waited to get the ground leveled.

I am in the same exact situation!!! Wanted me to cut *** when they had no idea when the new liner would be back in stock.

They would have to extend my warranty by 3 weeks so that my family could use the leaky pool the rest of the summer then replace over our long winter. They refuse.

Then I posted this information on their facebook page, warning people of their customer service and they deleted and blocked me from posting! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I live in Kansas and bought my pool in March so they wouldnt sell out and didnt get it set up until July. It was swam in only one time and a defect on a seam near the drain caused a giant hole so the pool emptied. I was told that my warranty was expired, even though it was bought during a cold month and was set up only when it got hot enough. They clearly know their products are terrible if they cant guarantee them for a season.

New pool has leaks

So disgusted with this company, all I get is a run around through email and phone!!! And no call from actual company just through phone center who are telemarketer!!! No ideas when the new liner will be here, I will never again but anything that is associated with it!! Also contacted Fox17 problem solver's for help!!! Pissed is not a strong enough word!!!!!

Poor Quality

Do not buy a Polygroup pool. Right out of the box the pool liner had *** in it. Polygroup will not replace the liner unless I cut out the cutout and show a picture of the cutout and hole. So that means I have to dump 5,000 gallons of water to get a new pool liner. The pool liner should not have had *** in it right out of the box. Cheaply made and not happy at all with this company.
