Two years ago we bought a Martha Stewart Alexander Pine 7.5 ft Christmas tree. The first year it worked perfectly, the second year by the end of the season the lights of the third section went out.

It was not a problem with the lights, my husband bought a voltmeter and found out that there is no voltage between the second and third section. We contacted the company since the product had been still under warranty, but after 10 months we have nothing - just couple of mails and a lot of vague promises. At first they promised us to send us a new third section (telling us that we must wait till the season starts again), later a gift card. Whenever I call them, they promise that by eg.

June, September, Thanksgiving, Wednesday etc. the gift card will be sent, but, so far, nothing has happened.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $212.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
