We purchased a Polygroup 9’ Berkeley Pre-lit Christmas tree in November and when we received it the bottom layer would illuminate in the opposite way the rest of the tree did (i.e. white vs colored lights).

We contacted Polygroup and talked to a customer rep who not only did not seem to be interested in my problem but kept belching because he was drinking a carbonated beverage. He did not believe what we were telling him so we had to forward pictures to prove our issue. Eventually, he got our address and information and promised to send out a component to fix our problem. Two weeks went by and no part.

We called back and was told the order was lost and the part we need is no longer available. The on duty manager took our information again and told us he would send us an entire bottom section. Another three weeks have gone by and when we called to find out what is going on we were told that we would get the part sometime next fall. There was no empathy, no real concern that our family went through a Christmas with no lights on our tree and no mention in any of the conversations that this will drag out for a year.

They would not refund our money nor send us another tree. I will not ever buy another Polygroup product and ask you to do your own research if you are thinking of buying anything from them.
