Contacted Polygroup regarding my LED prelit Christmas tree. Strands of lights were going out intermittently within a yr of owning the tree.

Replaced a few bulbs and the strand came back. After 2 years of frustration I contacted them, go figure my warranty was up after 2 years. On hold for an hour only to hang up even more frustrating after not being helped to my liking. I was told if I wanted to order replacement bulbs which were $2.99 for a pack of 25 bulbs, it would cost over $20 in shipping.

The Tree cost me only $120 to buy.

I swear I will never buy one of their products ever again, and I advise others do the same. Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt.

Monetary Loss: $120.
