Just wanted a new part sent to me, opened the box and it was damaged.

They told me they would ship it and send me tracking number. I offered to pay and send the part back.

After two weeks I called and customer service manager BOB T. told me sorry, call back next year nothing we can do. I told him they were suppose to send it two weeks ago and he said yeah well they were mistaken. Call us next christmas.

My tree sat for 2 weeks waiting for the part, I offered to pay for the part, they said call us next year. The supposedly record all the calls, but I dont it, and this attitude has to come from the corporate team in Arkansas.

They ought to be ashamed of themselves treating people this way. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
