after 180 days with this pool used once called and nothing can be done paid cash so they dont have reciept will do nothing offered a 10 percent discount on new pump i really dont understand this poor customer relations i have a friend who purchase same pool but from big lots and they charged her 99.00 for pump i will never buy a pool from this company and will let everyone i know not buy this pool dont let me be in walmart and see someone looking because i will tell them about how polygroup dont stand behind thier product you buy at own risk i went thru 3 customer reps before i was told sorry nothing we can do 300.00 is alot of money to throw away so consumers BEWARE
