We have a defective pump that leaks water when the pump is full. We contacted the company for a replacement and their policy is a cut the electrical cord prior to sending the a replacement. I spoke with Ken the supervisor and he too couldnโ€™t have enough common sense to understand why that wouldnโ€™t work.

Dear Valued Consumer, We apologize for the defective pump. For safety and warranty integrity reasons, we ask for a picture of the disabled pump when we replace a pump.
