We have a defective pump that leaks water when the pump is full. We contacted the company for a replacement and their policy is a cut the electrical cord prior to sending the a replacement. I spoke with Ken the supervisor and he too couldnโt have enough common sense to understand why that wouldnโt work.

Dear Valued Consumer, We apologize for the defective pump. For safety and warranty integrity reasons, we ask for a picture of the disabled pump when we replace a pump.
