Polygroup - Brand new prelit tree dose not light!!!
After two hours with customer support the Saturday after thanksgiving home depot and polycorp, they were unable to solve the problem. It is a 9 foot tree and not easy to trouble shoot.
I was up and down on the ladder hauling the pieces around with the fake snow going everywhere. The top 2 sections did not light up after all our efforts. I was informed they have no replacement parts until after Christmas and no replacement tree they could send me. It is Nov.
24th. They basically said they have no trees. Fortunately I have my sales slip and can return it.... What kind of company is this!!!
This usually the time that I put my tree up. Thank you
