Pool leaking

I got a 14 ×42" pool at Walmart the first week of this month.. then did all my ground prepand got it set up last weekend fland filled up by Tuesday evening Wednesday morning we noticed the woter level dropped about an inch and no one even been in by the next morning another couple inches gone. Now it is well below the filter holes so what do I have to do to get a new liner without any leaks. Walmart said contact you.

I bought a pool off of Amazon. After 2 weeks, the filter pump died. I called Poly Group and spent over 45 minutes on the phone with them. Ultimately, because the particular seller on Amazon is not on their "Authorized" seller list, they claim the warranty is void. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Brand new broken pool pump

**Zero star review** Brand new 300.00 pool. Pump broken. Send parts, sure...... but we don't know when we will send them. Worthless. Seems like they are running their business out of a garage. Meanwhile, I have 5,000 gallons of water in my backyard sitting in a pool with a non-working pump.

Hello my sister purchased one of your summer waves pool the middle of summer last year we had it up for the ending of summer and took it down and properly stored it and we put it up last week and i was inspecting it after it filled and now theres water leaking from the stitching on the side towards the bottom she paid a good amount for that pool thats not right it was up for a short amount of time and its already defective I know theres something you can do about this problem ? 100s of dollars and it wasnt even up a complete summer im highly disapointed

As soon I installed notice had *** I bought it at Walmart and wont take it back. So I called Polygroup customer service took forever to get through they did not help much. Day after the pump broke called again and customer service was again no help at all. They gave me the dumbest excuses ever. Polygroup doesnt stand behind their product. I would not buy it ever again. Worst product and customer service

Why are these pools so scarce? But people are selling them out of trucks for twice the price

I believe Polygroup knows about this illegal selling. Instead of disbursing your product through Walmart and Target we have to go to peoples homes and buy them out of a truck for twice the price.

Piece of crap company! Please do not use them!!! Save your money! The products are made in China and the "replacement parts" are SOLD IN THE USA at a VERY OVERPRICED VALUE SYSTEM! That is how they make their money on the "replacement parts." When you call the THIRD PARTY CALL CENTER and you speak to Elaine or any other representative, you will get the run around and they talk out of both sides of their mouth! YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY AN HOUR. THEN YOU MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT GET HUNG UP ON AT THAT POINT WITH ONLY TO REPEAT THAT SAME PROCESS! Save your TIME AND MONEY!

I bought a 12’ tree from Sams, made by this company. The first year the top section lights seamed not to get a good connection. The second year I called customer service to get help fixing the issue. The girl that I spoke to said that she would look into the situation and get back with me, which never happened! This year with my “warranty” expiring, I set my tree up early so I could call them and finally get this issue taken care of. They requested pictures, which I sent and through those pictures the company “determined” that my lights were bad. I requested a new top section, the company wants to just send me new light strands. They also told me that they only make parts during their off season, so my replay was to send me lights for now and then guarantee me a top section replacement during the off season. They came back with a lame excuse that they could only replace the lights since that was the issue. I DID NOT BUY A PRE-LITE TREE TO HAVE TO STING LIGHTS IN IT!! I have also told this company I feel that there is a short inside my light pole, because sometimes the lights come on, at times they don’t, then other times they flicker. I emailed them last week and asked if the lights plugged into the center pole, because I will not run an extension cord down my tree. I also told them that this is BS and obviously this is a company that DOES NOT stand behind their “warranty”. So buyer beware you will probably be stringing lights on your expensive pre-lite tree!! @polygroup

Almost the entire top of tree will not light on a tree that is only two years old. My husband and I have spent hours going through each light checking them and couldn’t get them to work. Finally, called company to see about replacing it. Their only offer was to send new lights which will take 7-10 business days to receive (I mean the least they could have done was overnighted them). I will then have to cut the old lights out and put new ones on, so maybe I get the tree decorated by Christmas. This is just ridiculous. I will never buy another tree from this company and I will be sure to tell as many as I can not to as well.

Yes, the same thing happened to our tree as well! The company would not replace the tree only the lights! The tree is not even a year old!
